I’ve created a video for you in which I’m sharing a fully guided massage and meditation session to nurture your relationship with yourself.
This social distancing season is encouraging us to practice self-reliance and giving us the opportunity to explore new joys of being with ourselves. This video is inviting you to switch off your critical analytical thinking mind and turn on your sense of self-care. Make time for yourself to give back to you, expressing gratitude towards yourself through your own touch, your own self-talk, your positive loving kind intentions towards yourself.
I’ll be showing you techniques to massage your upper back, as well as a brief meditation to let go and turn on the light shining bright within your being. Grow self-love with every breath you take, knowing that you are worthy and completely loveable.
By loving yourself you experience completeness and emanate deep peace from within your soul. This impacts your relationship with others and your interconnectedness with the world, regaining a true sense of belonging.
